Trial
Procedure at trial consists of jury selection (six jurors for a misdemeanor,
twelve jurors for a felony), opening statements, the prosecution's presentation
of evidence, the defendant's presentation of evidence, closing arguments, the
jury charge, and jury's deliberations.
